Event Details
In partnership with The Balm in Gilead and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, the goal of this webinar is to provide education about hereditary ATTR (hATTR) amyloidosis, a rare condition disproportionately affecting African Americans.
Join us to hear from Alnylam Patient Education Liaison Christine and Tab, a patient living with this inherited disease. Approximately 1 in 25 (4%) of African Americans have a certain genetic variant associated with hATTR amyloidosis. Learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of the disease, how it’s passed down, and where to find additional educational resources.
There is no cost to attend this virtual event.
