  • HOW CAN I ACCESS AND WATCH THE PRODUCTION?

    • After you purchase your ticket, you will be given a unique link and access code to connect. You can access anywhere from your computer or mobile device using a browser. We recommend Google Chrome for optimal streaming.

  • CAN I WATCH THE SHOW ON MY TV?

    • Yes! The link supports Airplay and Chromecast features. Casting your Apple or Android screen lets you mirror your Apple or Android device to a Smart TV. You can also access the performance by connecting your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable. For more help, CLICK HERE.

  • WHEN WILL TICKETS GO ON SALE AND WHAT IS THE COST?

    • Tickets purchased before March 28, 2021 are $25

    • Tickets purchased after March 28, 2021 are $30

    • Groups of 25 or more receives $10 off the current price

  • WILL YOU HONOR TICKETS FROM THE CANCELLED 2020 UTR PRODUCTION?

    • Yes! provided you have not cancelled and received a refund. Click Here to request a special coupon code.

  • WILL UTR PARTNERS NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET?

    • No. Partners should watch their email for a special coupon code to enter.

  • WHAT’S THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM ABOUT?

    • Every paid ticket holder can participate in the Ambassador Program and potentially receive a credit for the entire amount of their ticket by simply sharing the production with friends and family.

    • How it works: Once you purchase a ticket, you will receive an Ambassador code to give to family and friends. Every time they purchase a ticket and enter your unique code in their order, you receive a $2 credit. After 13 ticket orders, you will receive a credit against your credit card one week following the production! Partial credits will also be rewarded. Maximum credit will not exceed price of one ticket.

    • In addition: Everyone who purchases a ticket using your Ambassador code will receive a 10% discount on their ticket.

  • CAN I PARTICIPATE AS AN AMBASSADOR BEFORE PURCHASING MY OWN TICKET?

    • No. You become eligible after you’ve purchased your ticket. You will receive your code in the confirmation.

  • WILL I NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET FOR EVERYONE IN MY HOUSEHOLD?

    • Not at all. Everyone in your household can watch the 2021 production together for the price of a single ticket. In some cases, different family members may prefer to view on their own device. In that case a separate ticket should be purchased.

  • WILL THIS BE A RE-RUN OF A PREVIOUS YEAR’S PRODUCTION?

    • No. We’re presenting a series of vignettes with refreshed scenes and awesome music. The Jesus Encounter: Up Close & Personal brings Jesus and many of the biblical characters you’ve enjoyed in the past, center stage. They share their personal encounters with Jesus followed by music and dance. Then we move to the 21st century to hear similar testimonials of encounters from people like you and me. An exciting UTR first that you don’t want to miss!

  • IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR THE PRE PERFORMANCE MUSIC OF BEVERLY CRAWFORD?

    • No. This added treat from gospel powerhouse, Beverly Crawford, is included in your single ticket price. She will perform 15 minutes prior to curtain, so don’t be late.

  • ONCE I PURCHASE MY TICKET, HOW CAN I VIEW THE VIRTUAL PRODUCTION?

    • Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive a special link to watch the production. This code is unique to you and can only be accessed from one device at a time. Once you’re in, no one else can use your code to watch on another device. Detailed instructions will be provided in a confirmation email once you purchase your ticket. We hope to have a Help Desk with a live person who will be available Easter weekend to assist anyone with trouble accessing.

  • CAN I ORDER DVD’s and souvenir items during the weekend?

  • WILL THERE BE A PLAYBILL OR SOUVENIR PROGRAM THIS YEAR?

    • Yes. There will be a digital playbill or program available for ticket holders to download FREE. If you’d like to advertise your church, business or organization in our digital program, click here for more info. The unique advantage of a digital program is that patrons can connect directly to your webpage from your Ad. We also have a few 15 and 30 second commercial spots available on a first come, first served basis.

  • CAN I ADVERTISE MY CHURCH, BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION IN THE 2021 DIGITAL PROGRAM?
