TRCDO P4P Needs Your Voice, Particularly if You are a Church Leader or Member of the Faith Based Community Who is Involved in: (1) a Health Ministry, (2) Having a Family History or Experience with High Blood Pressure, (3) Being a Caregiver, or (4) as a Health Professional with an Interest in Heart Health and High Blood Pressure.

Focus Group is Held via Zoom.

Audio Transcription is Anonymized for Analysis by Researchers.

You Receive a $100 Visa Gift Card for Participating.

Results are Shared with the Community.

Join One of Our Focus Groups Today! Groups are Limited to 10 People Each Session and Only 5 Groups Will be Engaged.  Groups Will Run Between March 31, 2022 and April 14, 2022.  Registrations Will be Processed in the Order of Receipt.
