The IPYPU is headed to Charlotte, NC for the 2023 Workers Meeting!

The Workers Meeting is a 3-day leadership development training for all leaders who work in ministry and beyond.

Intricately designed to provide the necessary tools to build infrastructure to sustain youth ministries by instructing youth leaders how to think – not what to think.

The IPYPU is a generation that’s about that WORK, and the objective of this gathering is to fuse people with power! They are bringing some of the kingdoms best who are innovative in thought, influential in movements, and impactful around the world.
