  Corey Barksdale is a Christian Singer/Songwriter who uses illustrative lyrics, biblical teachings, and eclectic vocals to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and messages of inspiration that are relevant in today’s society! Corey’s faith in God and commitment to helping others keeps him grounded, focused, and determined to use his music to change the world!

  A native of Chicago, IL, Corey was often encouraged to share his gift of song throughout the city at a very early age, he sang in his local church, his school choir, and as member of Walt Whitman & The Soul Children of Chicago for 12 years.   While young, Corey has acquired nearly 20 years of experience in Music Ministry. Due to his unique abilities and leadership skills, he has been requested to serve as a Worship Leader and/or Vocal Clinician within the Music Ministry of various churches throughout Chicago, of the many request, he was happy to accept invitations from Living Word Christian Center, where Dr. Bill Winston is Pastor, Fellowship Chicago where Charles Jenkins is Pastor and Victory Apostolic Church where Dr. Andrew Singleton Jr. is Pastor.

  Corey’s unique sound has afforded him appearances on National Television Shows and Networks including, WGN (Singsation Gospel Show), The Word Network (Rejoice in the Word), TBN, TLN and The Steve Harvey TV Talk Show. Barksdale’s life and musical journey has been featured in The Chicago Defender, Dayton Daily News, Indigo Magazine, Chicago Tribune, and a noted mention in Sister 2 Sister Magazine. “One thing about being an Independent Artist, when good things happen, there’s never any question of how… I already know, GOD DID IT!” – Corey Barksdale

  In 2010, Corey was invited to co-write and record a duet song for the first time. The request was made by his college buddy, Grammy/Stellar Award Nominee, Jonathan McReynolds. The song was titled “Why” from his Life Music Project. Since then, Corey has ventured out into his greatest passion, writing songs for various artist throughout the music industry.

  Corey has done much of his work in the city of Chicago, but God has opened doors for him to create, perform, teach, and learn music internationally as well. He has toured in Sweden, Israel, Amsterdam, and China… “I feel like I’m suppose to travel, like I’m suppose to share my music (God’s Message) to nations.   January 2016 was an exciting and memorable milestone for Corey. This time marks the official release of Corey’s first body of original work, a 5 song EP, titled “Hello My Name Is… Love”! As stated in the EP’s title, this small body of work addresses our love for God, self, and others in a way that is enjoyable for a diverse group of listeners. Corey shares, “My Mother and music industry friends from Sweden love the “Prayer Medley”, Radio Stations and my little sister took a strong liking to “Unconditional”, while many Pastors and Ministry Leaders enjoy “Persona”, I’m happy to share something for everyone”.

  Corey is preparing for great things to happen in the near future, the start of a Non-Profit Organization, the first of an annual Benefit Concert in favor of urban youth, and the release of a new single at the top of 2017!

  Pastor Isaac B and Delunda Greene are humbled to have the opportunity to lead, love and serve the Life Church congregation, community and the world with the love and mind of Christ.

  Isaac and Delunda Greene have been married for 21 years and are the proud parents of their Son Jaydon 15 and Jasmine 13. The foundation of their marriage is rooted in Christ being the center of their relationship which has allowed them to grow spiritually, personally and professionally. Isaac and Delunda both have a deep-rooted faith in the Word of God, as they desires to fulfill the Great Commission by sharing the L.I.F.E. Experience – Living In Faith Everyday.

  Isaac Spiritual Journey has been influenced under the leadership and ministries of Rev. Dr. Jeremiah A Wright, Jr. of Trinity UCC where he was baptized at the age of 7, Transformed under the teachings of Grace by Pastor Emeritus Bishop Arthur M Brazier of Apostolic Church of God and Disciple and mentored by his Father in the Gospel Pastor Andrew D Singleton, Jr. of Victory Apostolic Church.

  Isaac’s 20 years of ministry have been anointed by God and personifies “Matthew 16:25″ For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.”

  Since receiving and accepting his calling at the young age of 24 and becoming assistant pastor of Victory Apostolic Church at the age of 35, Isaac B Greene has develop over 15 ministries for youth and young adults and implemented the Spiritual Transformational ministries that impacted over 2000 members.

  The Lord has blessed Pastor Greene professionally and spiritually that has allowed him to earn a Master of Arts Degrees in Theological Studies from McCormick Theological Seminary, Masters of Business and Administration from Roosevelt University and BS Degree in Accounting from Florida A&M University.

  In addition, Isaac is a Certified Public Accountant and has worked for Arthur Anderson as a Senior Auditor, CNA Insurance as a Senior Financial Analyst, Eli Lilly and Company as a Senior Human Resource Associate and currently is the Owner of IBG & Associates, LLC, a CPA firm.

  Jarell Wilcoxson is a singer, song writer and producer of gospel music. With his parents Randell and Michelle Wilcoxson having extensive backgrounds in music, he has been emerged in gospel music his entire life. When Jarell was born, he was diagnosed with asthma. This was challenging as a young child. He battled with pneumonia when he was young. At age of 2, his parents attended a gospel fest in Atlanta, Georgia. The gospel great, Shirley Caesar saw his parents from a far distance pushing Jarell in a stroller along with their other children. She wanted to see the baby. As they approached her, she began to pray over Jarell, not knowing his condition, she prophesied that he was a gift from God and that he would not struggle with asthma again. By the time Jarell was 4, he had not experienced any more episodes with any asthma attacks and is now just a history of in his medical records. Hallelujah!!!

  During his childhood, Jarell witnessed his parents singing with the Voices of St. Mark, under the tutelage of Lonnie V. Hunter. He also experienced his parents working as worship directors and leading praise teams, and recording gospel music at home. When the family had guest musicians over to make music, Jarell was very attentive to the melodic sounds of the keyboard. Jarell was gifted his first keyboard at age 11. He begins playing by ear. By the time Jarell entered eighth grade, he was given the opportunity to play for a small church in Chicago, IL where he began to build a list of gospel songs. After a year of experience with this church, he was offered an opportunity to play as the main keyboardist behind a praise team at Community of Faith, COF in Markham, Illinois. His parents were the worship leaders at the time. This position came with much more responsibility and Jarell realized that he needed some training to take his gift to the next level. Jarell was then taken under the wing of a close family friend. John Davis, III, who was the current keyboardist at COF and was transitioning out of the ministry. He helped further Jarell’s gift as a musician, teaching Jarell for no profit, new songs and music theory. Under his tutelage, Jarell began to blossom and his gift from God grew into a singing voice that delivered an anointed sound that encouraged church audiences to continue to seek God for his righteousness and hold on to hope. By his senior year in high school he was leading worship and teaching songs to choir members.

  As Jarell grew in his Christian walk. He was introduced to and joined a church that would advance his walk in Christ and allow him to become a powerful song minister in Christ. In 2015, he started playing for a church in the city of Chicago called “Be Whole Christian Center” where he learned and grew tremendously in biblical studies. Becoming more passionate to serve Christ and deliver a message of hope in song, he began his song writing and producing journey. At Be Whole Christian Center (BWCC), he learned the importance of being prayerful before ministering and hearing from God as he went forth in song. Always yielding to the spirit of the Lord, Jarell has become a strong minister of music, writer and producer during his time with BWCC. Jarell is also the minister of music at Life Church in Chicago Heights under senior pastor Isaac B. Greene. Here, he continues to be an asset to the spiritual growth of the Life Worship Team directed by his mom and shepherd by his father, Assistant Pastor Randell Wilcoxson.

  Jarell is married with two lovely children and a loving and supportive wife. Jarell now has a new single entitled “He Got up For Me” available for purchase, download and streaming on all digital music platforms. With an album in the works, Jarell is really excited and grateful for what God is doing in his life. Today, God is continuing to bless his ministry for him!
