Nightmare on 55th Street – When Bad Things Happen to God’s People

Stage Play 2019 Launch

Chicago, Illinois, September 23, 2019, This compelling gospel stage play, a dramedy (drama/comedy) is set in the urban city of Chicago and is written and directed by Dr. Kisia L. Coleman, the Lead Pastor of Kingdom Church International. Based on true events, the cast and crew consisting of both adult and young congregants, portray the heartbreaking impact that gun and gang violence has on families, communities of faith, and those who serve and protect. Audiences experience a myriad of emotions but in the end, they leave with the knowledge on how to overcome tragedy and the inspiration to never lose hope.

This family-friendly community event runs every Sunday in October of 2019 from 5 pm – 7 pm at The Playhouse, Kingdom Church International’s North Location & Outreach Center, in the Fuller Park area: 5151 S. Princeton Ave., Chicago, Illinois, 60609. Tickets are FREE but seating is limited and not guaranteed to be available so reserve your FREE seat now at https://nightmareon55th2019.eventbrite.com and check out the Commercial.

When Bad Things Happen to God’s People

This production needs to be seen by every community in Chicago. The police stations, community leaders, everyone needs to get involved. It was so amazing! ~ Drs. Robert & Natalie Watts, One Flesh Ministries Bible Institute, 2018 Play Attendees

It is better than a paid production and it needs to go all around the country. The cast, crew and entire production are better than ever! ~ Dr. Deland John Coleman, Kingdom Church Int’l., Founder & Overseer

The Nightmare play was the biggest part of the beginning of my spiritual journey…I can’t wait to see the next play! ~ Monique Mcherron, Chicago, Illinois, 2018 Nightmare Attendee
